With St. Jude in the rear view mirror it is time to turn all focus towards the next run. The Walt Disney World Marathon weekend is just 36 days away and the Goofy Challenge is going to be tough. Sticking with my training program and continuing to push forward will be the key to success. Lucky for me I have found a few great teams to be a part of for the weekend. Traveling and staying with Jonnie’s GoodGuys is always great, I am looking forward to meeting all of the #TeamrunDisney group from Facebook that have been more than helpful over the past few months.

Training schedule is light this week. I’m on recovery from the weekend as well as out of town for a conference most of it. The runner in me though is anxious to get out and explore new streets.
Wednesday – 3 miles
Thursday – 6 miles
Saturday – 6 miles
