Race week

Race week is finally up on us. It has been a long time coming and I’m ready to run Memphis. Starting in April I began fundraising as a St. Jude Hero, over $2,500 in good stuff later it’s time to make the drive and make the run. Training is on very low key this week, carob loading starts soon. I will provide a full recap of the race weekend including a tour of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It’s sure to be a very moving experience. Here’s the plan for the week.

Total mileage – 35.2
