  1. Run every day – No excuses, gotta get outside to be ready for Garmin Marathon next week
  2. Swim twice – I’ve been trying to force myself to spend time in the pool for over a year; it’s time to really get after it.
  3. Do Pushups Daily – Working on integrating body weight training into my everyday routine.
