Weekly Workout Recap 9/22 – 9/29

As marching band season is reaching contest season I find myself putting more hours in at the office and less on the road. Between extra work & bad weather I skipped my run Monday & never found the time to make it up. But as I mentioned earlier this week I have taken a 100 push-up per day challenge and going strong after week 1 and I’m finishing runs shortly ahead of my time goals. My confidence is high in training for Vegas. This coming week is my last week of high mileage before I drop down for Cycle 2.
